Delivery Terms

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within [2] business days and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Service. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

International: upto 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

2. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. 

3. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Address & Changes Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to modify the address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping & Customs International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damage.
